Our work together blends psilocybin-assisted therapy with a trauma-informed, relational, and highly personalized approach. This isn’t about fixing you—because I don’t see you as broken.

Instead, this journey is non-pathologizing and liberation-rooted, grounded in the belief that your wholeness is already within you. We focus on welcoming all parts of you home—with care, compassion, and respect.

  • Preparation is non-negotiable. This is where the work truly begins.

    Together, we’ll slow down and begin to explore what’s calling you to this journey. These sessions are foundational for building trust, attuning to your nervous system, and setting clear, soul-aligned intentions.

    During prep, we may:

    • Explore your inner landscape through somatic tracking, parts work, and intuitive inquiry

    • Identify trauma imprints, unconscious beliefs, and emotional patterns that may surface during ceremony

    • Clarify your intentions—not just what you want to release or heal, but who you are becoming

    • Introduce nervous system regulation tools and grounding practices for before, during, and after ceremony

    • Begin to create a rhythm of self-trust and embodied presence

    If possible, I recommend 3–4 preparation sessions for the deepest support.

  • Your psilocybin journey is held with reverence and care in a safe, nurturing space—fully customized to your needs, intentions, and emotional capacity.

    The day includes:

    • Opening ritual and grounding practices

    • Supportive breathwork, meditation, and somatic cueing

    • Flexible dosing (guided by therapeutic standards and your needs)

    • Gentle guidance throughout the journey—emotional witnessing, energetic containment, and intuitive presence

    • Deep rest and emotional integration following your experience

    • A closing practice to begin anchoring insights into your body and life

    Whether your journey is subtle or profound, you'll be fully seen, held, and supported from start to finish.

  • Integration is where the real transformation takes root. I provide a minimum of 2 integration sessions, with 3–4 recommended for optimal support.

    In these sessions, we’ll:

    • Help you make meaning of what arose—emotionally, psychologically, spiritually

    • Work with the inner child or protector parts that surfaced

    • Translate insights into embodied actions, choices, and changes

    • Unwind old patterns and reinforce new, life-affirming ways of being

    • Provide somatic and nervous system-based tools to stay grounded in your growth

    You’ll also receive personalized integration “homework”—rituals, practices, prompts, or creative expression to support you in continuing the work on your own.
